Generosity and Increasing Finances through Biblical Teaching
with Tom Alexander
God’s work done God’s way does not lack God’s supply. This is not Bible, but it was tested on the mission field and it worked. The teaching of giving is one of the most difficult for pastors. Our churches are shackled with a lack of finances because our people are not correctly and regularly taught on giving. In this workshop you will be given tools and receive testimony from churches that are prospering and funded. Come expecting practical life and church changing teaching from the real world.

Young Adults: Equipping The Next Generation of Leaders
with Tim Werking
Scripture consistently shows God raising up young people to shape history, yet the modern church often hesitates to entrust them with real responsibility. This workshop offers a practical, biblically grounded approach to identifying, developing, and releasing the next generation of leaders. We’ll focus on discipleship-driven leadership, the priority of character over chemistry, and building a healthy pipeline that includes real opportunity, meaningful oversight, and honest feedback. Leadership in God’s Kingdom is a relay race, and the Lord is looking for leaders who will faithfully pass the baton until He returns.
Ministry Development, I’m Still Called...
with Terry Thiessen
The Blindsides of Ministry No One Told Me About We start out in ministry with pure hearts. Somewhere along the way, ugly things inside us start to develop that we never expected, and begin to twist our hearts. We never thought we would become cynical. We would never have dreamed that busyness would become an idol. We never thought that would become irrelevant. We will look at some of the things that creep in to blindside us and divert our pure desire to serve God wholeheartedly- and how to battle them each day.

Deliverance in the Local Church
with Tim Werking
Deliverance ministry is among the most neglected and misunderstood areas of local church life. This introductory workshop exists to change that by removing cultural stigma, addressing the theological questions that often produce confusion, and dispelling the fears that keep leaders from cultivating a healthy, biblically grounded approach to this vital ministry. Everywhere Jesus went, He saved, healed, *and* delivered. He has not changed His agenda, and He is calling the church to partner with Him in setting the captives free.
Youth Pastors and Workers Panel (Q&A)
with Panel Discussion with Jim Webber
This panel may be more of a round table. Let's put our heads together and talk about some wins and losses in youth ministry. What's working for you? What does youth ministry look like in the coming years? Maybe you're like me and have been doing this for some time (try a decade) but still feel very much like it's a figure it out as you go. Whatever it is, you are not alone in youth ministry in the FCA.
Leading like Jesus
with Paul Vallee
What made Jesus so effective in his earthly ministry? How could he in three years win the love and loyalty of people so that they transformed their world? What was Jesus’ strategy in building his church? How can we design our ministries to reflect Jesus’ approach to ministry and impact the lives of those God’s calls us to? This workshop will address Jesus’ leadership approach and regardless of the size of ministry and watch transformation begin to happen in and through your life and ministry.
